Top quality coffee from the New Zealand Espresso Mobile Cafe van was in huge demand at the recent Christchurch 'City to Surf Fun Run'.
The race has been held annually for the last twenty five years and this year attracted a record crowd of 15,000 competitors who took up the challenge of running, walking or roller-blading from the Cathedral Square in the central city to Queen Elizabeth II stadium on the East Coast of the South Island.
Darth Vader sent his storm troopers to check out the van, and all agreed that the "force was with us" after trying our superb coffee... even the 'Donate Blood' man in red was impressed!"
