First it was the proliferation of small coffee bars around the city - now the smell of a freshly brewed coffee shop is going mobile.

A franchise called Espresso Mobile Cafe is moving into the Adelaide coffee market after signing a master franchisee for the state and have plans to expand their new mobile coffee bar to between 20 and 30 franchisee's in Adelaide.

They have already signed up two franchisee's who have begun servicing the Regency Park and Hindmarsh/Thebarton areas.

Mignon Furnell said there are was plenty of room in Adelaide as there are a lot of buildings that have many people in them that dont have a coffee shop nearby," she said.

People just like to have the convenience of you pulling up there to serve coffee.
